To attend the Turbine Engine Technology Symposium, you must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. All non-government attendees must submit, along with their registration, their DD2345 Certification Number. U.S. active duty military personnel and civilian employees of the United States are exempt from these certification requirements. For more information on certification click here.
CONFIRMATION
Online registrants will receive an initial confirmation notice that their registration has been received. All registrants who have provided an appropriate email address will receive an email confirmation when their registration is processed.
The Turbine Engine Technology Symposium Registration Desk will open at 11:00 AM on Monday, 8 September 2008. Each attendee is required to check in at the Turbine Engine Technology Symposium Registration Desk, located in Room 106 on the first floor of the Dayton Convention Center.
There is a limitation on attendance at the group luncheons and banquet for the Turbine Engine Technology Symposium. Tickets for this function will be provided at meeting registration check-in on a first-come, first-served basis.
FOOD FUNCTIONS
The following food functions will take place during the Turbine Engine Technology Symposium:

NOTE: Continental Breakfasts and Refreshment Breaks will be served in the Symposium Exhibit Hall on a limited basis as indicated on the agenda.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
CITIZENSHIP
Turbine Engine Technology Symposium attendance is limited to U.S. citizens. All U.S. citizen attendees are required to sign the citizenship portion of the Turbine Engine Technology Symposium Registration Form.
DD 2345 Certification
Please Note: U.S. active duty military personnel and civilian employees of the United States are exempt from the following certification requirements.
The material to be presented and discussed at the Turbine Engine Technology Symposium will involve technical data that is governed by DoD Directive 5230.25, "Withholding of Unclassified Technical Data from Public Disclosure." Only individuals or enterprises certified under DoD Directive 5230.25 are eligible to obtain access to unclassified technical data with military or space applications in the possession of, or under the control of, the DoD.
Turbine Engine Technology Symposium attendees must determine if their employer already has a certification on file that extends to all employees. If an employer already has a certification on file, attendees are not required to recertify. However, you must return a copy of the approved company certification (DD Form 2345, "Military Critical Technical Data Agreement") along with the registration form.
If a certification is not on file, either the attendee or the employer must request certification by completing the attached DD Form 2345 (JUL 98) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, Defense Logistics Services Center, Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue, N, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. The attached DD Form 2345 may be duplicated. Specific instructions for completion and submission are on its reverse side. Processing time of the DD Form 2345 by the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office is approximately two weeks. That office will notify each company's security officer by mail if the company's request for certification has been approved. Inquiries concerning application approval should be directed to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office at (800) 352-3572 or visit the website at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp.
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN
Each attendee will be provided with an identification badge during on-site meeting check-in. This badge must be worn at all Turbine Engine Technology Symposium activities. No badge means no access to ANY event venues. To receive Symposium material and badges, attendees must show one of the following forms of identification at check-in:
